How we work together, from the first quote to the final master. Updated 25 September 2026.

Quote first
Every project starts with a written quote: what we make, the formats, the timeline and the price.

Deposit
A 50% deposit books your slot and starts the work.
- 03
Timeline
Standard delivery is 7 to 10 working days from the approved brief. A priority slot is 4 to 6.
- 04
Revisions
Two rounds of revision are included. Extra rounds, or changes to an approved script, are quoted first.

Feedback
Send each round of feedback in one message, so nothing gets lost.

Final payment
The balance is paid on delivery. The final masters come without a watermark once it clears.
- 07
Rights
You get a commercial licence for the use in your quote. Paid ads and TV are licensed on request.

Files
Project files and raw material are not included unless your quote says so.

Portfolio
We may show the finished film in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to. NDAs are welcome.

Fiverr orders
Orders placed on Fiverr follow Fiverr’s terms.
Your data
When you send Get a quote, we receive what you need, your name, email, brand, website, budget, message and timeline. We use it only to reply, quote and make your project, and we never sell it or add you to a mailing list. It reaches us through our website host (Netlify) and our studio email. This site uses no cookies or trackers. To see, fix or delete your data, email nebras@filmsbydn.com.
